Danny's Tram Stop Photos:
Cologne (Köln) Stadtbahn

Cologne (Köln in German) is the fourth-most populous city in Germany and the largest in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. Cologne has a large stadtbahn (tram/light rail with a lot of separation from traffic, normally including underground sections) network featuring many underground stations, which evolved from a tram system first opened in 1877. Two lines run to nearby Bonn.

See Wikipedia for information and history, UrbanRail.net for a map and recent history, and Gleisplanweb.de for a track map. For service and fare information, see the operator's website.

My photos come from a one-night stop-over in June 2025.
